Accountable for handling a range of accounting/finance activities such as:
On a monthly basis, data entry of the forecast into the TM1 financial system.
Assistance during the 2009 Budget process including inputting the Budget in the TM1 financial system. Also, assistance in managing/documenting changes to the Budget as we make revisions.
Analysis of Monthly results variances and vendor trends
Maintain binders of pertinent information (results, forecast, and budget packages)
May provide adhoc requests
Desired Experience
Microsoft Office proficientKnowledge of basic Accounting
Basic modeling knowledge in Excel for financial reports and analysis
Adopts to working in a team atmosphere of helping team members to ensure the team meets key deadlines
The ability to keep information organized while multi-tasking
