Responsibilities Include:
*  Responsible for the revenue and accounts receivables monthly book close.
*  Responsible for maintaining SOX controls related to Revenue and Accounts Receivables.
*  Analysis of contracts to ensure that revenue is properly recorded and documentation is in compliance with policy.  Lead through complex accounting activities.
*  Business partner to 3rd party sales channel which includes partnering on sales deals and structuring contracts from a revenue recognition point of view.
*  Lead and prepare standard reporting processes to ensure sound financial forecasting and accurate financials while improving the efficiency of the team.
*  Lead through complex accounting activities and work with outside auditors on the more complex transactions.
*  Lead in creation of value added reports to provide insight, and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting package to business partners.
*  Lead ongoing process of building a Winning Team including recruiting other talents as well as coaching and mentoring of existing team.
*  Serve as the finance representative in M&A activities.

Desired Experience

Key Requirements:
*  Minimum 8 years significant financial experience with a progressive track record. In-depth business knowledge.
*  Degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
*  Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
*  Strong people management/leadership skills and ability to direct resources not directly under control through teaming and collaboration.
*  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, learn new areas quickly, take ownership of issues/projects, develop recommendations, align with team and execute on proposal.
*  Ability to manage a large workload, take ownership of issues/projects and adapt to re-prioritization when necessary.  Roll up sleeves when required.
*  Strong analytical skills with clear focus on actions needed to achieve results.  Ability to question current processes, evaluate inefficiencies and streamline.
*  Must have prior revenue recognition experience.
