  • Conduct original research to identify prospective candidates, as well as utilize our extensive proprietary database of existing candidates.
  • Interview and assess potential candidates and prepare a concise written analysis of each candidate’s qualifications.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best qualified candidate and structuring the most appropriate compensation package.
  • Remain in contact with both parties to ensure a successful transition and a productive relationship.
