Why would I want this job?

This position will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and general office administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include invoicing and recording project labor, accounts receivable, bank deposits, reconciliations, and other finance-related duties. Reports to Corporate Controller.

What would I be doing?

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Maintains records according to generally accepted accounting principles including accounts receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of bank statements which shall maintain Federal Government Contracting regulation (FAR) compliance as already established or as guided by the outside CPA firm or client.
  • Apply strong accounting skills, including A/R, purchasing backup, journal entries, and reporting.

What would make me qualified?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in book keeping or equivalent.
  • Experience with Great Plains or equivalent required.
  • Track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits required.
