Why would I want this job?

The position will be responsible for Global Manufacturing Finance reporting and analytics. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for the administration of the Adaptive software for budget and actual reporting. The Associate Director of Reporting and Analytics will also be responsible for partnering with the Operations leaders to manage the site’s P&L and identify savings opportunities.

What would I be doing?

  • Consolidate Global Manufacturing Results and manage review with the VP of Operations and Quality
  • Performs monthly performance review of business unit initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides decision support and guidance; leads ad-hoc presentation development and executive review.
  • Acts as administrator of the Adaptive software tool including the development and maintenance of standard reporting.
  • Manage global reporting harmonization and simplification.
  • Create std cost analysis and creation of routers to identify efficiencies.
  • Does fixed asset tracking and reporting.
  • Prepares monthly analytics CAPEX and fixed asset roll-forward schedule.
  • Prepares new capital project spend summary for management package.
  • Performs analysis of repair and maintenance and tooling expenses.

What would make me qualified?

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, or related field – Required
  • 10 years or more Experience in project management, manufacturing – Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proven focus on Excel and PowerPoint. – Advanced
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proven focus on Excel and PowerPoint. – Advanced
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus.
  • High degree of strategic and analytical capability, including the ability to analyze a large amount of data.
