As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our HR department by serving as a liaison between members of the organization, HR & recruitment teams. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting our organization’s growth initiatives. What would I be doing?
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to drive the recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and objectives.
- Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse pipeline.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events and initiatives to enhance the employer brand.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
What would make me qualified?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in heavy recruitment with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment systems and tools.
