What would I be doing?

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to drive the recruitment process efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

What would make me qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in heavy recruitment with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment systems and tools.
