What would I be doing?

Responsibilities

Work directly with the FP&A finance team to update and create a new streamlined budgeting process.

Provide FP&A finance team support with the integration of a new budgeting software tool, provide data validation, document process changes, and create training.

Assist in data validation for the development of the company’s monthly reporting package, annual budget, rolling forecasts, and the 13-week cash flow model.

Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.

Dive deeply into financial data and become a resource to provide additional insights.

Work on corporate projects directed by the FP&A team that impact the entire organization.

Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.

Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, monthly reporting, and prior-year expenses – proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
managing financial reporting/budget, insights, revising projections, and communicating with accounting/finance and the Private Equity team.

Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively communicate conclusions to teams.

What would make me qualified?

Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area.

Experience with data validation, financial models, and exposure to budgeting tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, etc. are desirable.

General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.

Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.

Strong with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.

Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
