The Strategic Finance Manager will work with all functional areas of the organization and report directly to the SVP, Finance to develop complex, dynamic, and integrated financial models and project analyses. This role offers a unique opportunity to “white board” financial scenario sensitivities that will direct the strategic course of the organization combined with the ability to develop a diverse and broad corporate finance skill set.

What would I be doing?

  • Building, managing and enhancing comprehensive financial models that support strategic decision making for the organization.
  • Developing detailed and sensitized business plans and long-range forecasts.
  • Preparing financial analysis and outputs for Executive and Board level presentations.
  • Assisting in the assessment and execution of various M&A and license acquisitions and JVs.
  • Analyzing and reviewing credit and other legal governing documents.
  • Evaluating financial returns to current and potential lenders/investors.
  • Attending key sessions with high-level executives, including direct interaction with the CFO and CEO.
  • Preparing monthly financial reporting materials for the Board of Directors and Shareholders.

  • A demonstrated ability to write effectively.
  • A desire to work in a team environment, often under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in corporate finance.
  • Previous investment banking experience is strongly preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, data analytics/mathematics and has, or is, considering pursuing CFA.
