The Tax Technology Manager will provide integrated Tax Technology solutions with the goal of supporting change management, employee engagement and leadership initiatives.

What would I be doing?

  • Designing and implementing tax process automation.
  • Collaborating closely with tax experts across various areas of US tax to enhance processes using automation tools such as Alteryx, Power Bi, and Power Query.
  • Supporting and maintaining deployed Alteryx workflows.
  • Developing and updating process training and documentation.
  • Contributing to company-wide technology initiatives, including ERP implementation and updates, and serve as the primary tax representative on cross-functional teams, ensuring tax requirements are effectively addressed and integrated.
  • Driving the development and continuous improvement of tax technology strategy. Manage tax software administration, including user access rights, version updates, and provide support for tax technology applications. Identify best practice solutions and innovative approaches for tax technology.

What would make me qualified?

  • Have 5+ years of relevant tax/finance/business technology experience.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Have experience in implementing process automation and simplification solutions, including technology design, development, and implementation.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complexities within large data sets.
  • Are proficient in data automation tools such as Alteryx, Power Platform, SQL, etc. SAP experience, with SAP Hana implementation experience being an advantage.
  • Have familiarity with corporate tax software such as OneSource compliance and provision software and Indirect Tax determination software is a plus Knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local taxes is a plus
